Corbi
Class of 2025
Corbi wanted her senior portraits at her home in Diamond Valley, Eureka. This amazing girl is 7th generation on the Bailey Ranch. It was so awesome to incorporate so many meaningful aspects of her life during her senior portrait session.
We started off with her mustang, Cashman, who she competed on this year and won the overall open performance horse in the circuit. She does trick riding on him and uses him for team brandings all while rocking the black hat was her late grandfather's on her dad's side.
Of course we had to get some portraits with Zeus, the little yellow fjord who she started when she was just 11 after buying him with the income she got from selling Moon. Both horses are used for ranch work.
After capturing some gorgeous shots at the farm we headed to historical Bailey Ranch.
The ranch was homesteaded in 1863. The house was what Corbi's grandfather and great-grandfather grew up in.
The sheep camp belonged to her late grandfather, Dick. It was a dream of Dick's to fix it up and utilize it and Shawn and Terri did just that. It now resides at the Bailey Ranch where they stay when needed!
There's so much history on this amazing property. The original well is still intact, a barn made from the Palisade railroad ties, and even carvings in the barns from previous Baileys!
