Our 3rd Bridal & Prom Expo was another amazing success!
I want to first thank my incredible husband. He's my shoulder to cry on when I'm overwhelmed, the one to bounce ideas off of, and knows when I just need a break from life. Without him as my rock, I wouldn't be where I am today. This man has supported my career from day one and encourages me to keep striving for greatness. Last year was amazing when he was able to stop by with our 2 kids to say hi, this year he came early and stayed throughout all 3 fashion shows so our kids could model!
It truly takes a village to create my vision for my booth and I'm so happy to have a team that is up for it! With being one of three businesses that actually puts on the event and coordinates it, setting up my own booth is not a task I could not do by myself!
Tosha and Veronica, owners of Kerby Lane DIY Creative Studio created this gorgeous backdrop from scratch last year. I loved it so much we used it again this year! Veronica was able to stay with me all night helping decorate it with decor from their shop! Thank you a million!
Jill did an exceptional job by adding so much gorgeous greenery to my booth this year to make it so different than last year. Thank you for your talent and all of your time to create this look! Bob was my handyman who helped us hang all of the art perfectly!
My amazing Aunt Robyn, Kyle, and Sam for making the adorable magnets again this year.
My wonderful cousin, Bailey, for helping our kids throughout the fashions shows.
Emily with Light Chaser Photography for taking care of Ruby Mountain Bride's social media updates during the show itself and taking over the photography of the event! The past two years were too hectic for me to get around to every booth to capture images of the event, so having Emily donate her time and talent was such a huge relief for me!
Shirty Graphics for donating such gorgeous shirts for the giveaway at my booth as well as creating my shirt and the rest of our Ruby Mountain Bride staff shirts!
The amazing support of so many friends, family, and clients.
Last, but not least, Brianne and Amy. We came together 3 years ago just for a stylized wedding shoot, and look where we are now! We'll begin designing our 4th Ruby Mountain Bride magazine this summer, collaborate for more inspirational photo shoots for local brides, and plan another incredible Bridal & Prom Expo for 2020!
Thank you all!
Ruby Mountain Bride's A Formal Affair Bridal & Prom Expo 2019
Our space at Stockmen's, 30' x 15'. Backdrop was assembled onsite, thanks to Tosha's amazing team, including her mother and Jill for creating this gorgeous booth!
Ripped the boards off an old barn (thanks to our ranch neighbors) and had it engraved locally by Nevada Advertising in Elko! My beautiful deer this year. Thanks to High West Scull Works for the amazing euopean mount, my husband for mounting it, and Jill for decorating it to match my booth!
The setup! Everything you see in the booth is exactly what you can expect to receive from Kate Brown Photography after your session. Kate Brown Photography is a full service studio which means we provide our clients with archival tangible artwork such as gorgeous wall art and professional albums for you to pass down to future generations. We will confidently walk you through your wedding day timeline to ensure every aspect is captured and documented. We offer custom save the dates, invitations, beautiful wall art such as metal prints, museum quality canvas wraps and framed canvases. The large canvas prints are 24'' x 36''.
Retractable banners are from Nevada Advertising, located in Elko, NV.
The first table in the booth was filled with custom wooden signs by Kerby Lane DIY Custom Designs in Elko and magnets created by Robyn, Kyle, and Sam.
Thank you again to Emily with Light Chaser Photography for not only capturing some amazing images of my booth but of the entire event!
